• Knowledge of Oracle
    • Assist in preparing and finalizing payroll for FTE, Bank Contract, outsourced employees and internes every month.
    • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Assist in Managing of employee loans on system and maintain the documentation.
    • Maintain monthly headcount reports (Joiners-Leavers)
    • Responsible for verifying and disbursing all end of service cases.
    • Responsible to provide bank statement on the request of employees.
    • Assist in managing provident funds withdrawals of all employees.
    • Developing Ad hoc financial and operational reporting, as needed.
    • Coordination with vendors and government organizations including Jubilee Insurance, EFU Life Insurance, EOBI, KPMG and HRSG.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional) is a plus.
    • 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
    • Strong understanding of compensation principles, practices, and legal requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
