We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dispatching company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to our dispatching services. The Call Center Agent will work from home and will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding dispatching services.
- Make outbound calls to clients and vendors to coordinate dispatching services.
- Enter and update customer information in our database.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work with the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using computer and phone systems, including experience with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Dedicated workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
