Call Center Agent

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dispatching company. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls related to our dispatching services. The Call Center Agent will work from home and will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency while working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding dispatching services.
Make outbound calls to clients and vendors to coordinate dispatching services.
Enter and update customer information in our database.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work with the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly performance targets.

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience working in a call center environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in using computer and phone systems, including experience with call center software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Dedicated workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet connection.
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
