Job Summary:

LAMA is looking for a dedicated versatile Assistant Manager Human Resources who is a professional Performing a full range of HR responsibilities including talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, reporting, performance evaluation, and employee relations/grievance concerns. Developing and implementing company-wide policies and procedures to establish standardization and drive staff compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, review and improve internal HR systems and processes
  • Review and manage HR budget
  • Managing the HRIS system on a daily basis and running payroll for the company.
  • Design, review and implement policies and SOPs. Act as a consultant to the staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Monitor key HR metrics and keep the management up to date on the market practices
  • Design and conduct internal periodic surveys to measure job satisfaction and suggest improvements where required
  • Create detailed and elaborative reports on HR
  • Address employee queries and grievances and act as a go to person for the staff.
  • Prepare and issue all employee letters
  • Manage health insurance, EOBI, Social Security and other govt. departmental requirements.
  • Manage staff promotions activity and ensure there is no biasness.
  • Achieve higher internal customer satisfaction, through an improved match between customer expectations and services provided by the Human Resources
  • Provide services to new joiners (work station, employee smart card, onboarding forms and new Joiner kit by liaising with the relevant departments).
  • Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of LAMA assigned by the company management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration,Human Resource management or a related field demonstrating the capacity for the required knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing the HR Department..
  • Knowledge of best practices related to the field.
  • Ability to keep up with software industry trends and innovation.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
