Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer bookings and cancellations via phone, email, or in person.
Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability.
Process ticketing, changes, and special requests.
Resolve customer issues and complaints related to reservations.
Manage booking systems and ensure all details are accurate.
Offer up-selling services like seat upgrades, baggage, etc.
Coordinate with the airline staff for smooth ticketing processes.
Maintain a record of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Stay updated on company / airline policies and industry regulations.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Graduation (Preferably in marketing/communications)
Previous experience in reservations (1-2 years).
Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems.
Females are encouraged to apply.
Maximum Age is 35 Years.

Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software including Galileo / Amadeus Sabre/ Hitit etc.
