Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer bookings and cancellations via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability.
  • Process ticketing, changes, and special requests.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints related to reservations.
  • Manage booking systems and ensure all details are accurate.
  • Offer up-selling services like seat upgrades, baggage, etc.
  • Coordinate with the airline staff for smooth ticketing processes.
  • Maintain a record of all transactions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Stay updated on company / airline policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (Preferably in marketing/communications)
  • Previous experience in reservations (1-2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems.
  • Females are encouraged to apply.
  • Maximum Age is 35 Years.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organization.
  • Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software including Galileo / Amadeus Sabre/ Hitit etc.
