- Prepare Gate passes for returns from customers and from Warehouse incoming
- Check stocks which received from warehouse for customers
- Dispatch all TCS and shipment documents
- Keep Record of all received couriers and distribute to concern person
- Assign work to runners regarding bank, cash and cheque collection from customers. And where needed
- Check and Balance on Office Boys and Riders
- Service of Split Ac’s
- Supervision of Work stations
- Furniture Repair
- Order lunch of showroom employees on daily basis
- Bills Submission and make their summaries e.g
- Landline Bills, Mobile Phone Bills,Electricity Bills,UAN Number Bills,Internet Bills
- UPS Maintenance with server and Wi-Fi router exchange (Telephone Connectivity)
- Sims Allocation of Zong, package changing and also in touch with Zong representative
- Booking Domestic Air Tickets
- Loader Vehicles Maintenance
- Check Motor Bikes fuel and maintain Vehicle Fuel Average
- Collect three Quotation’s from different vendors
- Local Purchasing For Showroom
- Project purchasing
