  • Assign work to runners regarding bank, cash and cheque collection from customers. And where needed
  • Check and Balance on Office Boys and Riders
  • Service of Split Ac’s
  • Supervision of Work stations
  • Furniture Repair
  • Order lunch of showroom employees on daily basis
  • Bills Submission and make their summaries e.g 
  • Landline Bills, Mobile Phone Bills,Electricity Bills,UAN Number Bills,Internet Bills
  • UPS Maintenance with server and Wi-Fi router exchange (Telephone Connectivity)   
  • Sims Allocation of Zong, package changing and also in touch with Zong representative
  • Booking Domestic Air Tickets
  • Loader Vehicles Maintenance
  • Check Motor Bikes fuel and maintain Vehicle Fuel  Average
  • Collect three Quotation’s from different vendors
  • Local Purchasing For Showroom
  • Project purchasing
