Responsibilities:

Generate New Business:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company goals and client needs.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Utilize insights to tailor sales strategies and improve performance.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Provide feedback on customer experiences and market conditions to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

Administrative Duties:

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities, including documentation and contract management.
