Responsibilities:

Generate New Business:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company goals and client needs.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Utilize insights to tailor sales strategies and improve performance.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and quotas.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM software.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide feedback on customer experiences and market conditions to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to sales activities, including documentation and contract management.
