We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer to join our team for night shift operations in DHA Phase 7. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while working within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer.
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js (MERN stack).
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with database design and management using MongoDB or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of state management libraries/tools like Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Develop user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and other modern libraries.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
