We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer to join our team for night shift operations in DHA Phase 7. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to exciting projects while working within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack / Full Stack Developer.
  • Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js (MERN stack).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
  • Experience with database design and management using MongoDB or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries/tools like Redux or Context API.
  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Develop user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and other modern libraries.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement security and data protection measures.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
