Seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing and implementing HR strategies, designing company policies, and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy and ensure our company attracts, hires, develops, and retains qualified employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Set objectives for the HR team and track progress towards meeting them
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
  • Review departmental budgets and make recommendations for cost-saving measures
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Develop learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors
  • Keep abreast of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a software house or IT industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or a relevant field
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and data analysis
  • Knowledge of HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Ability to devise strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
