HR Officer

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to be deputed at our client site, responsible for managing payroll, attendance, benefits, leave applications, and resolving employee-related issues. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing excellent support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll processing for client site employees.
Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries/cheques.
Coordinate with the finance team for payroll-related matters.
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records.
Process leave applications, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Address attendance and leave-related issues.
Manage Employee Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and Employees Social Security Institution (ESSI) registrations, contributions, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Resolve employee queries and concerns regarding salary, attendance, leave, and medical benefits.
Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
Facilitate communication between employees, management, and HR department.
Maintain employee records, both physical and digital.
Prepare reports on HR-related metrics, as required.
Participate in HR initiatives and projects.
Ensure confidentiality and data protection.
