We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) International to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and a solid understanding of HR practices. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support to our international clientele via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain shifts rosters in ERP online system and controlling.
  • Address complex customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks such as onboarding, documentation management, and employee inquiries.
  • Handle confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on both customer service and HR practices.
  • Assist in the training and mentoring of junior CSR team members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
