Responsibilities:
- Responsible for housekeeping by ensuring that all janitorial staff perform their cleaning activities in assigned areas of work.
- Conduct unannounced random checks of housekeeping by visiting various unit facilities.
- Maintain close coordination with HSE Executive regarding housekeeping, ensuring practices adhere to set standards.
- Oversee regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, and office buildings through subordinate staff.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
- Ensure admin staff use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whenever required for personal safety and injury prevention.
- Manage workers' issues related to leave, attendance, behavior, and salary advances to ensure full productivity.
- Maintain close coordination with HR department, ensuring optimal manpower levels in the production department to control manpower costs.
- Facilitate training and development of admin staff through formal and informal training, coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
