Responsibilities:

Responsible for housekeeping by ensuring that all janitorial staff perform their cleaning activities in assigned areas of work.
Conduct unannounced random checks of housekeeping by visiting various unit facilities.
Maintain close coordination with HSE Executive regarding housekeeping, ensuring practices adhere to set standards.
Oversee regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipment, electrical appliances, and office buildings through subordinate staff.
Undertake any other tasks assigned by management.
Ensure admin staff use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) whenever required for personal safety and injury prevention.
Manage workers' issues related to leave, attendance, behavior, and salary advances to ensure full productivity.
Maintain close coordination with HR department, ensuring optimal manpower levels in the production department to control manpower costs.
Facilitate training and development of admin staff through formal and informal training, coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
