Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee engagement.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation as required for compliance and organization needs.
  • Assist in organizing employee training and development programs to promote skill enhancement.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and feedback surveys to gauge workplace satisfaction.
  • Help with the administration of employee benefits programs and assist employees with enrollment and inquiries.
  • Stay current with labor laws and regulations to ensure company HR practices remain compliant.
