Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and monitor issues such as annual leave, casual leave etc.
  • Act as a bridge between CEO and employees, effectively addressing demands, grievances, and resolving any other issues to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, ensuring it is efficient, equitable, and tailored to attract the best talent.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business-driven HR policies.
  • Part time positions are also available or Work from Home for HR only. 

What We Offer:

  • Target bonus based on the sales team is shared with all office staff.
  • Office timings are 9:30 to 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday) and there is no late sitting. 
  • Yearly increment linked to performance and inflation rate.
