HR Officer

Gourmet Pakistan are seeking a qualified HR Officer to join our Operations team. The HR Officer will play a critical role in supporting the HR needs of our operations department, ensuring effective workforce management and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Collaborate with operations managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Employee Relations:

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns within the operations department.
Facilitate communication between management and staff to address issues and maintain positive employee relations.

Performance Management:

Support operations managers in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
Provide guidance and resources to managers and employees on performance improvement strategies.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs specific to the operations department and coordinate training programs accordingly.
Monitor employee development plans and track progress towards skill enhancement and career advancement.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate records of operations department personnel, including attendance, leaves, and disciplinary actions.
Process payroll and administer benefits for operations staff in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Compliance:

Stay informed about labor laws and regulations relevant to the operations department.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, regarding employment practices and workplace safety.
