Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve inquiries related to our products and services
  • Follow scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to supervisors or managers as necessary
  • Enter customer information accurately into the computer system
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and targets
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Call Centre Agent or similar customer support role
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and speaking abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of calls
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures
