Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve inquiries related to our products and services
- Follow scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and provide accurate information to customers
- Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to supervisors or managers as necessary
- Enter customer information accurately into the computer system
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and targets
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Call Centre Agent or similar customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and speaking abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of calls
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures
