Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and resolve inquiries related to our products and services
Follow scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and provide accurate information to customers
Identify customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to supervisors or managers as necessary
Enter customer information accurately into the computer system
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and targets
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental objectives
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Attend training sessions and team meetings as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a Call Centre Agent or similar customer support role
Excellent communication skills, including strong listening and speaking abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high volumes of calls
Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information in accordance with company policies and procedures
