We seek a detail-oriented and organized Accountant & Admin Officer to manage and oversee the daily financial and administrative activities of our construction company.

The Accountant will manage financial records, prepare reports, and handle day-to-day financial operations. Will collaborate closely with project managers and other departments to ensure accurate budgeting and timely purchases for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records including project-related expenses, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger entries.
Oversee and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
Assist in preparing and maintaining project budgets.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients for completed work.
Manage accounts payable, ensuring all vendor payments are processed on time.
Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
Manage the payroll process for construction workers and staff.
Ensure adherence to accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies.
Market Research to get the best quality products and prices
Prepare and maintain the list/inventory of assets/infrastructure
Asset management, equipment, and system administration
Coordinating with different local support functions
Provide administrative support for the Director & GM Operations
