Articulate Suite Specialist with Graphic Design Background

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Articulate Suite Specialist with a strong background in graphic design. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and interactive e-learning content using the Articulate suite of tools. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of instructional design principles, exceptional graphic design skills, and a diverse portfolio of work samples.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop interactive e-learning courses using the Articulate suite, including Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and interactive learning experiences.
  • Utilize strong storyboard reading skills to interpret and implement instructional content effectively.
  • Design and create multimedia assets, such as graphics, layouts, and infographics, to enhance the effectiveness of e-learning modules.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to branding guidelines throughout the development process.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any technical or design issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the e-learning development process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a similar discipline.
  • Proficiency in the Articulate suite of tools, particularly Articulate Storyline and Rise.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing interactive e-learning modules, including knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio or work samples showcasing expertise in e-learning development and graphic design.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other e-learning authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate or Camtasia.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customization and interactivity.
  • Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
