Articulate Suite Specialist with Graphic Design Background

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Articulate Suite Specialist with a strong background in graphic design. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and interactive e-learning content using the Articulate suite of tools. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of instructional design principles, exceptional graphic design skills, and a diverse portfolio of work samples.

Responsibilities:

Develop interactive e-learning courses using the Articulate suite, including Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to translate complex concepts into visually appealing and interactive learning experiences.
Utilize strong storyboard reading skills to interpret and implement instructional content effectively.
Design and create multimedia assets, such as graphics, layouts, and infographics, to enhance the effectiveness of e-learning modules.
Ensure consistency and adherence to branding guidelines throughout the development process.
Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any technical or design issues.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve the e-learning development process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a similar discipline.
Proficiency in the Articulate suite of tools, particularly Articulate Storyline and Rise.
Strong graphic design skills, including a solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Demonstrable experience in developing interactive e-learning modules, including knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A portfolio or work samples showcasing expertise in e-learning development and graphic design.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other e-learning authoring tools, such as Adobe Captivate or Camtasia.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for advanced customization and interactivity.
Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
