Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Collect marketing information and provide management timely, including competitors’ activities, customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Visit labs/distributors in the area.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree must be in Biology, Chemistry, Medical, Pharmaceuticals, etc. related field.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the research/clinical field of general laboratory equipment or consumables or reagents.
- Experience in dealing with end-users and developing distribution channels.
- Having a well connection with the distributor's network throughout Pakistan will be preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willing to frequently travel.
