Responsibilities:

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Collect marketing information and provide management timely, including competitors’ activities, customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
Analyze market potential, track sales and status reports.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Visit labs/distributors in the area.

Requirements and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree must be in Biology, Chemistry, Medical, Pharmaceuticals, etc. related field.
At least 3 years of work experience in the research/clinical field of general laboratory equipment or consumables or reagents.
Experience in dealing with end-users and developing distribution channels.
Having a well connection with the distributor's network throughout Pakistan will be preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willing to frequently travel.
