Orta Laboratories has been established in the year 1954 and started its manufacturing activity at Lahore, Pakistan. The company was incorporated as Private Limited in 1984 under The Companies Ordinance 1984. Mr. Abdul Hamid was the 1st Chief Executive since the inception of company. He was Pharmacist by Profession. Mr. Mohammad Perrvaiz Hamid joined Orta as Director in 1981 after getting Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy form university of the Punjab. He became chief Executive in 2007. Orta's technical staff consists of a team of highly qualified pharmacists and experienced professionals.
