Nutrition and Education International (NEI) is an international NGO based in Pasadena, California, USA. NEI’s main mission is to defeat malnutrition especially among women and children in impoverished areas. As a potential remedy to malnutrition, NEI since 2003 has been developing a sustainable soy industry in Afghanistan in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock.
