Market Development Solutions (MDS), is a progressive consultancy organization formerly known as Integrated Marketing and Enterprise Support Program (IMES).

IMES, the predecessor of MDS, emerged from the Pak-Swiss Project for Horticulture Promotion implemented with the financial assistance of the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC). IMES has conducting a number of assignments since its establishment in 2003 commissioned by various projects, government agencies and civil society organizations in Pakistan, Nepal, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Uganda, Malawi, Bolivia and Afghanistan.

MDS offers consultancy services in value chain analysis, market development, market assessment, agribusiness development, project planning, project implementation, monitoring, evaluation and impact assessments. MDS also provides technical assistance in conducting feasibility studies, trainings, market linkages, business planning, project designing and a wide range of other technical assistance themes through its professional teams and in association with renowned consultants.
