Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI is the premier organization representing the business community of the Federal Capital. It was established in 1984 and incorporated under the companies Act VII of 1913 on 26th August 1984 as a Limited Company by Guarantee. Its registered office is in Islamabad and Jurisdiction spread over the entire Federal Capital Area (urban and rural).
The role of ICCI is to advocate for a better eco- system towards a progressive economy .it remains in close liaison with all stakeholders, including the government, civic bodies, FBR, other Chambers, trade associations, educational institutions, and others. It also takes on a facilitation role as and when required. Being the representing body of the business community, ICCI also receives international trade delegation, and manages trade delegation of local business community abroad. ICCI has a strong emphasis on entrepreneurial development especially among the youth.
