Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s qualification preferred
Experience in real estate or property sales will be highly preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
Ability to generate and handle property sales leads
Knowledge of plots, files, possession projects, and investment dealing
Understanding of property market trends and client requirements
Confidence in client meetings, site visits, and presentations
Ability to achieve monthly sales targets and company KPIs
Familiarity with social media marketing and online lead generation is a plus
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills
Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented

Deal with clients professionally regarding buying and selling properties
Generate leads through calls, social media, and references
Conduct project presentations and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
