Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online marketplace platforms and a proven track record of creating, optimizing, and managing product listings to maximize sales and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Listing Creation:
- Create compelling and accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and Etsy, adhering to each platform's guidelines and best practices.
- Write product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Image Management:
- Ensure high-quality product images that meet platform requirements and enhance the visual appeal of listings.
- Coordinate with the graphic design team to capture and edit product images as needed.
Quality Assurance:
- Review and edit listings for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to platform policies.
- Ensure that product information, including specifications and pricing, is up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience 1+ years in e-commerce listing creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Seller Center, Etsy Seller Dashboard, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
