Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized E-commerce Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of online marketplace platforms and a proven track record of creating, optimizing, and managing product listings to maximize sales and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing Creation:

Create compelling and accurate product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, and Etsy, adhering to each platform's guidelines and best practices.
Write product titles, bullet points, and descriptions that effectively communicate product features and benefits.

Image Management:

Ensure high-quality product images that meet platform requirements and enhance the visual appeal of listings.
Coordinate with the graphic design team to capture and edit product images as needed.

Quality Assurance:

Review and edit listings for accuracy, grammar, and adherence to platform policies.
Ensure that product information, including specifications and pricing, is up-to-date.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience 1+ years in e-commerce listing creation and optimization.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Seller Center, Etsy Seller Dashboard, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
