- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop BTL strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Plan and conceptualize BTL campaigns, including events, activations, workshops, and on-ground activities.
- Ensure that campaigns resonate with the target audience and effectively convey the brand message.
- Coordinate the execution of BTL activities, ensuring seamless logistics, timely setup, and coordination of resources.
- Oversee on-ground activities, including vendor management, stall setup, and engagement with participants.
- Identify potential partnerships with relevant organizations, venues, and sponsors to enhance BTL campaigns.
- Negotiate terms, secure partnerships, and manage collaborations effectively.
- Collect data and feedback from BTL activities to evaluate the success and impact of campaigns.
- Analyze results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage the budget allocated for BTL activities, ensuring effective allocation and cost control.
- Provide regular budget reports to the marketing head.
Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in BTL marketing, event management, or activations is an advantage.
- A creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging BTL campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex on-ground activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey campaign concepts and ideas effectively.
