• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop BTL strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and conceptualize BTL campaigns, including events, activations, workshops, and on-ground activities.
  • Ensure that campaigns resonate with the target audience and effectively convey the brand message.
  • Coordinate the execution of BTL activities, ensuring seamless logistics, timely setup, and coordination of resources.
  • Oversee on-ground activities, including vendor management, stall setup, and engagement with participants.
  • Identify potential partnerships with relevant organizations, venues, and sponsors to enhance BTL campaigns. 
  • Negotiate terms, secure partnerships, and manage collaborations effectively.
  • Collect data and feedback from BTL activities to evaluate the success and impact of campaigns.
  • Analyze results and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the budget allocated for BTL activities, ensuring effective allocation and cost control.
  • Provide regular budget reports to the marketing head.

Requirement:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in BTL marketing, event management, or activations is an advantage.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging BTL campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage complex on-ground activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey campaign concepts and ideas effectively.
