As a Business Analyst at Bcabs, you play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this position, you will lead a team of two individuals, collaborating closely to meet project objectives and produce detailed documentation of workflows and requirements. In your capacity as a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with understanding and interpreting business requests, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Your role requires you to engage with different departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between business goals and project outcomes. Responsibilities
