In your capacity as a Business Analyst, you will be tasked with understanding and interpreting business requests, translating them into technical specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions. Your role requires you to engage with different departments, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment between business goals and project outcomes. You will actively participate in project management, utilizing your skills to track progress, assist in problem-solving, and provide insights that guide decision-making processes. Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders to identify needs and expectations.
Design and implement business process models to streamline operations and improve productivity.
Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and interpret data, offering insights that support data-driven decision-making.
Lead a team of two analysts, guiding them in fulfilling project goals and enhancing their skill sets.
Present findings and recommendations to management, ensuring that business objectives are clearly communicated.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review progress, gather feedback, and adjust plans as necessary.
Assist in project management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor project performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders and upper management.
Develop training materials and conduct sessions to share insights and methodologies with team members and stakeholders.
