Financial Reporting:

2. Accounting Operations:

Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely reporting.
Implement and maintain robust accounting policies and procedures.

3. Tax Compliance:

Prepare and file all necessary tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for audits and tax planning.

4. Accounting Software Management:

Lead the implementation and maintenance of accounting software to enhance financial processes.
Train and support accounting staff in using accounting software and tools effectively.
Analyze financial data through software to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement

5. Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Foster a collaborative team environment focused on achieving departmental and organizational goals.
Conduct performance evaluations and manage staffing needs within the accounting department.

6. Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development of financial strategies and budgets.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational objectives.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
