We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
- Continuously observe live or recorded video footage to identify and assess potential security risks, irregularities, or unauthorized activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms or notifications of suspicious incidents and report them to the appropriate authorities or security personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and any relevant information.
- Conduct routine checks and inspections of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or issues for repairs.
- Provide assistance and support during investigations by retrieving and providing recorded video footage as evidence.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.
Job Specification:
Education: Matric
Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
