We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CCTV Operator.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
Continuously observe live or recorded video footage to identify and assess potential security risks, irregularities, or unauthorized activities.
Respond promptly to alarms or notifications of suspicious incidents and report them to the appropriate authorities or security personnel.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and any relevant information.
Conduct routine checks and inspections of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any malfunctions or issues for repairs.
Provide assistance and support during investigations by retrieving and providing recorded video footage as evidence.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of the job.

Job Specification:

Education: Matric

Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
