- Process requests and ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are followed.
- Connect and process telephone requests.
- Receive incoming calls and take messages on behalf of other staff.
- Maintain the database and other systems available.
- Ensure that a high level of customer service is consistently provided
- Assist and support the invoicing process.
- To work co-operatively as part of a team to ensure that priority tasks are carried out effectively, efficiently and meet the required deadlines.
- To be tactful and have respect for the need for confidentiality to all parties concerned, including members of staff, customers and sessional staff.
- Respond to emails from internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate complaints or queries to the necessary team
- Write and draft professional emails and respond to customers via calls or emails.
- Handle day to day general queries and bookings via email and calls.
- Can manage heavy call volume efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be Graduated
- Experienced in a customer service role
- Previous experience in customer service from UK, American or Canadian-based company
