We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers.
- Ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered promptly.
- Receive calls for truck services and contact their fleet of truck drivers to arrange the pickups and deliveries.
- Execution of all transportation-related tasks including client estimates, production of bills of lading, scheduling, dispatch of art handlers, and cultivation of client relationships.
- Take appropriate action if any issue arises.
- Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and communication with drivers.
Requirements:
- Must have good English Communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Having experience in truck dispatching or a related field is preferred.
- Know about transportation management systems and GPS tracking tools.
