We are looking for a Truck Dispatcher

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the schedules of truck drivers.
Ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered promptly.
Receive calls for truck services and contact their fleet of truck drivers to arrange the pickups and deliveries.
Execution of all transportation-related tasks including client estimates, production of bills of lading, scheduling, dispatch of art handlers, and cultivation of client relationships.
Take appropriate action if any issue arises.
Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and communication with drivers.

Requirements:

Must have good English Communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Having experience in truck dispatching or a related field is preferred.
Know about transportation management systems and GPS tracking tools.
