Student Counselor

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized counseling to students, guiding them through the application process for universities abroad.
Assess students' academic backgrounds, career interests, and aspirations to recommend suitable courses, universities, and study destinations.
Assist in preparing and reviewing application documents, including personal statements, resumes, and recommendation letters.
Stay updated on university admission criteria, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities across different countries.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and informational events to inform students about available study programs.
Maintain accurate student records and provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth application process.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure the successful submission of applications.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional activities to represent Aptitude Consultants.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with online platforms including CRMs.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-service-focused approach.
A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
