Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized counseling to students, guiding them through the application process for universities abroad.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, career interests, and aspirations to recommend suitable courses, universities, and study destinations.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing application documents, including personal statements, resumes, and recommendation letters.
- Stay updated on university admission criteria, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities across different countries.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, webinars, and informational events to inform students about available study programs.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth application process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure the successful submission of applications.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional activities to represent Aptitude Consultants.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and parents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with online platforms including CRMs.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-service-focused approach.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their goals.
