You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering and handling inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
Assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information about products or services
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
Documenting customer interactions and updating internal systems
Adhering to call center guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

Proven experience in an inbound call center or customer service role
Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills
Flexible schedule and ability to work in shifts, including weekends
