We are seeking experienced Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic call center team. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and handling inbound calls in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting customers with inquiries, providing accurate information about products or services
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary
- Documenting customer interactions and updating internal systems
- Adhering to call center guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an inbound call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule and ability to work in shifts, including weekends
