Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on product changes and industry developments to provide informed support.

Job Requirements:

  • A Levels/Intermediate or above
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month

Working Timings:

  • US timings (5 Days a week)
