Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, trends, and opportunities for art supply sales in Hyderabad and nearby regions.
Customer Visits:
- Visit art supply shops, craft stores, and related businesses to promote Bluebird Arts Supplies products and establish strong business relationships.
Sales Generation:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting our product range, negotiating deals, and closing sales with prospective customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Bluebird Arts Supplies products and provide accurate information to customers, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activities, market feedback, and competitor insights.
Sales Strategies:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Territory Expansion:
- Identify and explore opportunities to expand our customer base in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery or art supplies industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and potential customer base in Hyderabad.
